Ryan Teague Beckwith, noted blogger for the News and Observer’s Under the Dome blog, commented today that Orr has had an excessive propensity to cite the Constitution on his campaign trail. He then specifically referred to Orr’s comment during last week’s UNC-TV debate in the context of the Constitutional requirement for a balanced state budget.
